The Slow Walk.

The slow walk is pretty classic. If a movie involves any sort of "gang" and that gang is on any sort of mission, the slow walk may come into play. Typically, it evokes a sense of cool intimidation, as well as unity among characters by way of style, attitude, expressions, and simply the way they move. Three films I love that all showcase a very cool and purposeful slow walk (and all seem inspired by their predecessor) are A Clockwork Orange, Suburbia, and This Is England. These subcultural homages feature screwed up characters doing screwed up things within groups/gangs that are anti-society. The world needs more films like these.

 A Clockwork Orange (1971)
 Suburbia (1983)
This Is England (2006)

note! I couldn't find a picture of the slow walk for This Is England, but it does occur! trust me!
