Keep Calm.

Next time you see this mocked, or hung on the wall of a dorm room promoting a stress-free day while students fret over procrastination, you might want to know that it was originally designed to "strengthen morale in the event of a wartime disaster," produced by the British government in 1939. It would seem that the royalty didn't want the public to be overly concerned about the death and destruction of World War II. So follow the King's order: carry on, keep calm, don't worry, go about your business like nothing matters. Everything is going to be just fine!
